摘 要:作为我省一项大力推行的重大人才战略——选聘大学生村官,在推动人才培养和促进社会进步等方面发挥着重要作用。大学生村官无疑为新农村建设输入了一股有思想、有活力、有干劲的新鲜血液。但村官工作开展以来,也暴露出了很多不可回避的问题。如许多大学生村官缺少农村生活背景,缺乏基层工作经验,缺少必要的思想和心理准备,工作过程中容易出现水土不服的情况等。文章就调查中所发现的问题进行深入分析,就如何将此项制度更好地实施下去提出有效对策分析,这对于改善大学生村官的生活工作条件,以及推动这一政策的持续发展或许不无裨益。Recruiting the village officials from college students,as the talent strategy advocated in Anhui Province,plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of talents and the social advancement. The village officials from college students bringto the new villages some"fresh blood"full of ideas,energy and vigor. However,since the work on the village officials was carried out,there are some unavoidable problems,including many village officials' lack of the life background of villages,the grass-roots working experience,the preparation for psychological ideas and the maladjustment of living environment. This paper makes a further analysis of the present problems found in the investigation and puts forward some countermeasures on how to carry out this system better,which is beneficial for the village officials to improve the living and working conditions and foster the sustainable development of this policy.
