摘 要:结合水力旋流器内分散相颗粒的速度运移公式,对中国南海及渤海湾近50个油田油品物性参数进行比较认为:油温偏低、密度较大、胶质沥青质含量较高以及粘度太大的油品不适合选用单一水力旋流器作为污水处理设备。基于以上分析,提出渤海湾海洋平台在使用水力旋流器作为污水处理设备时,应提高油气乳状液温度,并加入适当化学药剂降低油水乳化程度。Combining with the travelling speed formula of dispersed particles in the hydrocyclone,this paper compares and analyzes the property parameters of nearly 50oilfields in the South China Sea and Bohai Bay.And the conclusions are that it is not suitable to select single hydrocyclone as the wastewater treatment equipment for oil products with low temperature,high density,high asphaltene content and high viscosity.Based on the above analysis,it is suggested that when using hydrocyclone as the wastewater treatment equipment at Bohai Bay offshore oil platform,the temperature of the oil-water emulsion shall be increased and appropriate chemical agents shall be added to reduce the degree of oil and water emulsification.
