摘 要:油田钻井废泥浆对环境的危害极大。探讨了采用国家环境领域863项目模块化高压压干机作为核心设备,对其进行无害化、减量化处理的过程。在我国西部某采油厂钻井现场的使用效果表明:与传统离心机、带式机等分离设备相比,该设备不需要对废泥浆进行加水稀释,可直接对其进行固液分离,工作效率高。处理后产生的滤液可现场回用,产生的泥饼经试验分析,达到相应填埋标准,同时废泥浆处理后减量约1/3。Oilfield drilling waste mud is very harmful to environment.This paper discusses the treating processes of reduction and harmlessness by the high pressure extruder of modularity of state'863'projects as the core.According to the using effects in an oil production plant of West China,the high pressure extruder of modularity needn’t dilute the waste mud with water and can carry out solid-liquid separation directly.Compared with other separation equipment such as traditional centrifuge and belt separator,this equipment is of higher work efficiency.After treating,the filter liquor is directly reused at the jobsite and the filter cake can meet the corresponding landfill standards through experiment.And the waste mud is reduced by nearly 1/3 after the treatment.
