摘  要:定向凝固氧化物共晶陶瓷以优异的高温性能,包括热稳定性、抗氧化烧蚀能力,高温机械性能,特别是高温断裂韧性和变形能力、抗蠕变性等,引起广泛关注,被认为是最有发展前景的新一代超高温结构材料。从共晶材料体系、制备方法、共晶相生长机制、力学性能等回顾了定向凝固共晶陶瓷的研究进展,探讨该研究方向亟待解决的问题。Directionally solidified oxide eutectic ceramics have attracted much more attentions due to their uniqueexcellent properties at high temperature, such as thermal stability, resistance to oxidation and ablation, hightemperature mechanical properties, especially high fracture toughness and creep resistance etc. They are consideredto be the most promising new generation of ultra-high temperature structural materials. The directionally solidifiedeutectic ceramics system, preparation methods, eutectic growth mechanism, and their mechanical properties arereviewed. The problems urged to be solved for their industry application are also discussed.
