摘 要:建立了塑料制品中18种多环芳烃的气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用检测方法。塑料制品剪成0.5 mm×0.5 mm以下颗粒状,四氢呋喃超声提取,采用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱联用法测定,内标法定量。该方法对于多环芳烃的定量限均在0.01 mg/kg以下,线性范围为1~200 ng/mL,线性相关系数(r^2)均大于0.998,平均回收率在70.6%~115%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.4%~9.8%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确性好,可较好地应用于塑料制品中的多环芳烃检测。A gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method was developed to identify and determine 18 PAHs in plastic articles. The sample was cut into granule (0. 5 mm × 0. 5 mm), then extracted by ultrasonic with tetrahydrofuran, determined by GC-MS/MS and quantified by internal standard method. The LOQs of 18 PAHs were less than 0. 01 mg/kg, the linear ranges were 1.0 - 200 ng/mL, and the coefficients of correlation ( r2 ) were greater than 0. 998. The average recoveries were from 70. 6% to 115% , and the relative standard deviations were 0. 4% - 9.8% (n = 6). This method can be applied to the determination of 18 PAHs in plastic articles.
