摘  要:目的分析飞机制造业接噪人员听力损伤的发生、发展规律,评估职业防护及职业健康监护效果,探讨职业性听力损伤的防护重点。方法选取某大型飞机制造企业1 006名接噪人员为观察对象,收集2013-2016年连续4年的职业健康监护资料,结合生产环境监测资料,对不同年份听力损伤检出率、新病例检出率及不同工种、工龄的作业人员听力损伤情况进行统计学分析。结果观察人群听力损伤检出率逐年升高(P<0.05);观察人群听力损伤新病例检出率逐年下降,2014年与2016年听力损伤新病例检出率有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);铆工听力损伤检出率各年份均高于试飞工(P<0.05);观察人群听力损伤检出率随工龄增加而增加(P<0.05)。结论该企业职业防护及职业健康监护取得一定成效;接噪人员听力损伤与接触噪声的强度及接触噪声的时间存在剂量-反应关系。ObjeCtive This paper was aimed to analyze the occurrence and development of hearing loss in the aircraft manufacturing industry, assesse the occupational protection and occupational health care, and discuss the protection of occupational hearing impairment. Methods A total of 1006 noise-exposed engineers from a large aircraft manufacturing enterprise were selected as the observation object. Occupational health monitoring data from 2013 to 2016 were collected. Combined with the production environmental monitoring data, the detection rate of hearing loss in different years, the detection of new cases and the occupational injury of different types of workers were analyzed statistically. Results The detection rate of hearing loss was increased year by year (P〈0.05). The detection rate of new cases of hearing loss in the population was decreasing year by year, and the new cases of hearing loss in 2014 and 2016 were different, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The rate of hearing impairment of the riveter was higher than that of the test flight operator (P〈0.05). The detection rate of hearing loss was increased with the increase of working age (P〈0.05). Conclusion The occupational protection and occupational health monitoring of the enterprise had achieved some effect. The noise-exposed working personnel had dose-response relationship between the hearing loss and the contact and intensity of noise.
