2015-2016年湖北省某高校少数民族大学新生入学体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖北省某高校部分少数民族新生健康水平,对少数民族学生有针对性的采取健康干预措施提供依据。方法选取2015-2016年湖北省某高校少数民族新生入学体检资料,分析其偏瘦率、肥胖率、视力不良率、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)异常率、心率及血压异常率。率的比较采用χ~2检验,检验差异有统计学意义的项目采用卡方分割进行组间两两比较。结果 1 289例(男生681人,占52.83%;女生608人,占47.17%)少数民族新生偏瘦率(25.29%)、肥胖率(5.12%)、ALT异常率(15.52%)及心率异常率(3.34%)在各民族学生中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总体视力不良率为80.68%,最高为壮族94.64%,最低为维吾尔族25.00%,各民族视力不良率之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=253.8086,P=4.6832E-46)。哈萨克族学生收缩压、舒张压高于其他各民族,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000476,P<0.000476)。结论各民族新生视力不良率普遍较高,最高为壮族,最低为维吾尔族,哈萨克族新生高血压率明显高于其他民族。Objective To investigate the health conditions of college freshmen of minority students in a university of Hubei, and to provide theoretical support for health management and preventive care for ethnic minority students. Methods Physical examination data of minority students in a university of Hubei in 2015 and 2016 were collected. The rate of obesity, under weight, poor vision, the abnormal rate of serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, blood pressure and heart rate were analyzed. E2 test was used for comparing rates and partition of chi-square was used for comparing two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in the rate of obesity rate（5.12%）, underweight （25.29%）, abnormal ALT（15.52%） and heart （3.34%） among 1289 cases（681 male, 52.83%, 608 female, 47.17%）. The rate of poor vision was 80.68% of all cases. The highest rate of poor vision （94.64%）was among Zhuang ethnicity, the lowest （25.00%） was among Uighurs ethnieity, with statistical significance （E2=253.8086, P=4.6832E-46）. The students of Kazak ethnicity had a significantly higher systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure than others （P〈0.000476, P〈0.000476）. Conclusion The rate of poor vision was generally high in all ethnic minority freshmen. Uighurs ethnicity had the best eyesight while Zhuang ethnieity had the worst. The rate of hypertension among Kazak ethnicity was significant higher than other ethnics.
