摘 要:针对监测超高层建筑沉降指导建筑施工的问题,从荷载、沉降和时间3者之间关系曲线出发,分析了某超高层建筑施工过程中4年的沉降监测数据,得到了该超高层建筑的沉降特征,并对转化层沉降在施工过程中沉降贡献率和滞后的剩余沉降进行了分析。结果表明:超高层建筑沉降的增加与时间、荷载呈非线性关系;沉降曲线可分为"凸""凹""直线"3个阶段;转换层沉降是沉降曲线由"凸"型转变为"凹"型的部分,要减慢转换层施工速度,让前期滞后荷载量的沉降得到释放;主体封顶后的滞后剩余沉降值和沉降稳定时间历程是评价建筑沉降稳定和安全性的主要因素。提出了沉降曲线的3个阶段,获得了各阶段沉降特征,构造了沉降曲线函数,为超高层建筑的安全施工提供了参考。Aiming at the problem that settlement of super high-rise building guides the construction and based on the curve of relationship among load, settlement and time, the paper analyzes 4 years of set- tlement monitoring data of the super high-rise building in the construction process, and the settlement characteristics of the super high rise building are obtained, and then the contribution rate of settlement in the construction process of the settlement of the conversion layer and the lag of the residual settlement are researched. The results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the increase of settlement of ul- trahigh-rise building and time, load; the settlement curve can be divided into three stages: "convex", "concave" and "straight line"; the settlement of the conversion layer is the part of the settlement curve from the "convex" to the "concave", thus the construction speed should be slowed down so that the set- tlement of the lagging load is released; the lagging residual settlement value and time history of stable set- tlement after the main body is roofed are the main factors to evaluate the stability of the building. The three stages of the settlement curve are presented, the settlement characteristics of each stage are ob- tained, and the piecewise function is constructed, which provides a reference for the safe construction of the super high-rise buildings.
