摘 要:以某薄壁空心铝型材为研究对象,基于塑性成型理论设计挤压工艺和模具结构,并建立有限元模型。根据模拟结果,在焊合室中设置阻流块并调整其结构尺寸可以平衡挤出型材的流动速度分布。经过多次改进,型材截面上的速度均方差(SDV)值由12.6 mm/s降低至1.5 mm/s,降低88.1%。数值模拟与试模试验吻合,根据改进方案优化模具结构,缩短模具设计、制造周期,减少试模次数,大幅度降低新产品开发成本。Taking a thin-walled hollow aluminum profile as the research object, its extrusion process and die structure were designed based on the plastic forming theory, as well as the finite element model was established. According to the simulation results, the baffle plates were set in the welding chamber. By adjusting the structural dimension of the baffle plates, the SDV value was decreased to 1.5 mm/s from 12.6 mm/s, which was reduced by 88.1% compared with that of the initial die. The numerical simulation was consistent with the trial test, and a reasonable die was obtained according to the optimum scheme.
