摘  要:为扩大白山发电厂数据信息的应用和共享范围,正确分析防汛形势,科学预测和预报其发展趋势,结合白山发电厂水库特性及防汛业务需求,在智能水电厂统一规划及设计的基础上建设了白山发电厂防汛决策支持系统,系统应用效果证明全面提升了防汛抢险应急指挥决策能力和效率,显著提高了防汛指挥调度水平。In order to expand the information and application sharing of of Baishan hydropower plant,analysis the situation of flood control Correctly,and predict and forecast its development trend scientific,combined with the reservoir characteristics and flood control requirements of Baishan hydropower plant,the flood control decision support system of Baishan hydropower plant has been constructed on the foundation of smart hydropower plant unified planning,the system application effect proved that,which enhanced fully the decision-making ability and efficiency in flood control emergency command,and improved the flood control level significantly.
