摘 要:通过三种金刚石锯片基体清洗工艺研究,介绍了三种清洗工艺的清洗方法,并且对每种方法用到的清洗工具、清洗试剂、清洗效果、清洗成本进行总结及工艺对比。最终选择锯片自动清洗机清洗工艺,该工艺操作方便,自动化程度高,清洗效率高,成本低,节能环保,能够满足大批量订单生产。The cleaning methods of three types of cleaning technology have been introduced through the study of the cleaning technology for three kinds of diamond saw matrix. A summary of the cleaning tools, cleaning agents, cleaning effect and the cost of each meth- od has been given and their technologies have been compared. Finally, the cleaning tech- nology of saw blade automatic rinser has been selected due to its convenient operation, high automaticity and cleaning efficiency, low cost, energy-saving and environmental friendly feature and capability of meeting high-volume production orders.
