摘 要:利用水模拟对特种材料管形铸件在一定工艺条件下充型过程进行了研究。基于相似性原理设计制造了水模拟实验平台,观测并分析了水模拟实验中流体的流动状态。利用Pro CAST对特种材料的充型凝固过程进行数值模拟,并与水模拟实验结果进行比较,发现数值计算充型结果与水模拟结果一致。通过对温度场和凝固速度的分析,预测了铸件缩松产生的位置。Filling process of special material tube castings was systematically studied through hydraulic simulation experiments. Hydraulic simulation experiment system was designed and prepared based on the principle of similarity. ~/ater flow status was captured by high speed camera, and was discussed subsequently. Filling and solidification process of special material was studied through ProCAST software. The result of numerical simulation show a good agreement with that of hydraulic simulation experiments. Shrinkage porosity in casting can be predicted by the analysis of temperature and velocity field.
