摘 要:采用定量PF模型对2A14合金焊接熔池显微组织演变过程进行了模拟,探索了焊接功率对2A14合金焊接熔池界面形态、界面液相一侧溶质浓度和界面尖端速度的影响,并与相同焊接工艺条件下的钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG)实验结果进行了对比。结果表明,不同焊接功率下PF模型计算得到的失稳波长与实验结果较为接近,失稳波长并未随着焊接功率的增大而发生明显变化;整体而言,不同焊接功率下的失稳波长都集中在一个较小范围内。The microstructure evolution of 2A14 alloy in weld pool was simulated by quantitative PF model, the effect of welding power on interface morphology, solute concentration and interface tip velocity of 2A14 alloy in weld pool was explored, and the simulated results and experiment results with tungsten inert gas arc welding (TIG) were compared at the same welding process. The results show that the instable wavelength from the PD model is close to experimental results under same welding power and welding speed, the instable wavelength don't significant change with the increase of welding power. Overall, the instable wavelength is concentrated in a smaller range under different welding power.
