摘 要:从探头声场的理论分析入手,将缺陷表面的声场分布简化为高斯分布,确定了当缺陷位于聚焦声场时,缺陷反射信号幅度与缺陷尺寸之间的关系,并利用面积幅度试块等工具,对上述定量关系进行了试验验证。结果表明,提出的平底孔缺陷反射信号幅度与缺陷尺寸定量关系和试验结果表现出较好的一致性,提出了适用于聚焦探头的缺陷定量评价方法。The sound field of ultrasonic transducers was analyzed theoretically and the reflecting signal amplitude of a flaw was calculated to determine the relationship between the defects' sizes and the reflecting signal amplitude in a focused ultrasonic field. Verification experiments were performed by means of a series of area-amplitude blocks. The results show that the relationship between the reflecting signal amplitude and the size of a FBH defect has well consistency with the experimental results. On the basis of the above results, a new method applicable for focused ultrasonic defects size evaluation was put forward by modifying the traditional block contrasting method.
