京津冀卫生职业教育教学资源共享机制的探讨

摘　　要：京津冀三地卫生职业教育各有优势、各有所长,但是发展不均衡。在京津冀协同发展背景下,对6所京津冀卫生职业教育协同发展联盟成员单位教学资源现状进行分析,发现学术教学资源不均衡,存在重复投资、资源使用效率低等问题。而且由于缺少相应的组织机构和有针对性的管理体制、课程建设技术标准不统一等问题,又使教学资源不能实现高效共享,进而提出构建京津冀卫生职业教育资源的共享机制,包括网络课程及资源共享、人力资源共享和课程认证共享。In 2015, the Ministry of Education issued ＂Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education（2015-2018）＂, which put forward the development of vocational education should closely butt joint development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The three regions have their advantages in health vocational education, but there exist unbalanced development problems in each region. In the context of collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper analyzes the teaching resources status of 6 members of health vocational education cooperative development league of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and finds such problems as teaching resources imbalance, overlapping investment and low rate of resource usage. However, the shortage of corresponding organization and targeted management system and the disunity of curriculum construction technical standards result in that teaching resources cannot be shared efficiently. Thus, it is necessary to construct sharing mechanism of health vocational education resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, including online course and resource sharing, human resource sharing and course certification sharing.
