长生牌鹿茸片缓解体力疲劳试验研究

摘　　要：目的研究长生牌鹿茸片对缓解小鼠体力疲劳功能的作用。方法以厂家日推荐成人摄入量的5、10、30倍设置灌胃剂量,即0.0833、0.1667、0.5000 g/kg BW d,分别取0.42、0.83、2.50 g受试样品粉末加蒸馏水至100 ml作为低、中、高剂量组,设蒸馏水为空白对照组。各组小鼠灌胃量均为0.2 ml/10g BW d,连续灌胃30 d,对各试验组小鼠血清尿素、肝糖原进行测定。结果与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),各剂量组对肝糖原储备及小鼠体重、增重均未见影响。结论长生牌鹿茸片具有缓解体力疲劳的保健功能,可开发为缓解体力疲劳的保健食品。Objective To study the effect of longevity deer antler tablet on alleviating physical fatigue in mice. Methods The manufacturers recommended adult intake of 5, 10, 30 times the set garage dose is 0.0833, 0.1667, 0.5000 g/kg, BW d, 0.42, 0.83 respectively, 2.50 g test sample powder add distilled water to lO0ml as low, medium and high dose group, with distilled water as the blank control group. Each group of mice was 0.2 ml/10g BW d, Ig 30d, the serum levels of urea and glycogen were determined in mice. Results Compared with the blank control group, there were significant differences （P〈O.05）, the liver glycogen storage, weight and weight gain of mice were not influenced by each dose group. Conclusion Changshengpai Lurong Pian has the function of relieving physical fatigue and can be developed as a health food for relieving fatigue.
