摘 要:分析关中地区城市群住房需求的差异性,通过梳理相关文献,找出影响住房需求的人口因素,运用主成分分析法构建住房需求影响因素模型。结果表明:人口规模对关中城市群城市住房需求产生直接影响,人口结构对住房需求有显著的间接影响,两类因素对不同城市住房需求的影响存在区域差异性。Firstly,the paper analyzes the the difference of housing demand of urban agglomeration in Guanzhong area. Then,based on the literature review,finds out the factors influencing the housing demand of the population.Finally,uses principal component analysis to build model of the factors affecting housing demand. The results show that population size affects housing demand of the urban agglomeration of Guanzhong area directly and the population structure obviously and indirectly affects the housing demand,there are regional differences in the impact of the two factors on housing demand in different cities.
