摘 要:免充气轮胎因其防爆、耐用、免充气、成本低的优势已逐渐成为轮胎工业研究的一大亮点。通过改变蜂巢单元尺寸,建立了4种不同蜂巢密度的轮胎模型,以ANSYS Workbench软件为工具,分析其静态工况下的承载能力和等效应力分布。分析结果表明,蜂巢结构轮胎的承载能力、接地印迹和蜂巢结构胎体的等效应力分布均与蜂巢密度密切相关。得出结论可为以后免充气轮胎的结构设计和参数优化提供依据。Tire-free inflatable tire has gradually become a major highlight of the tire industry because it is explosion-proof, durable, non-inflatable and low cost. Four different honeycomb density tire models were established by changing the size of honeycomb unit, and the load capacity and equivalent stress distribution under static conditions were analyzed with ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that the honeycomb structure of the tire carrying capacity, grounding imprinting and honeycomb structure of the equivalent stress distribution of the matrix are closely related with the cellular density. The conclusion can provide the basis for structural design and parameter optimization of pneumatic tires.
