摘 要:针对直觉模糊偏好信息环境下的决策问题,引入直觉模糊偏好关系有序一致性、期望模糊偏好关系以及直觉模糊偏好关系误差矩阵等概念;提出直觉模糊偏好关系加性一致性指数的定义,构建基于直觉模糊偏好关系有序一致性和加性一致性的决策方案优先关系排序方法。该方法在满足一定条件下能够快速有效的对方案进行优劣排序,同时能够对直觉模糊偏好关系的加性一致性进行修复,进而运用决策误差传递公式确定方案优先权重。最后通过云计算产品的选择实验说明该策略的可行性与有效性。For the decision making problems with intuitionist fuzzy preference information, some newdefinitions are introduced, including the order consistency of intuitionist fuzzy preference relation (IFPR),expected fuzzy preference relation and error matrix of IFPR. Then, the additive consistency index of IFPR isproposed. A decision making approach is investigated to obtain the priority weights based on the additiveconsistency and order consistency of IFPR. The proposed approach not only can make decisions quickly andeffectively based on the order consistency in some cases, but also be able to repair the additive consistency ofIFPR. We further get the priority weight vector of the alternatives on the base of the error propagation formula.Finally, we apply our approach to select the cloud computing offerings, and the results illustrate the feasibilityand effectiveness of the proposed approach.
