摘　　要：根据柔性生产线对产品自动化仓储的要求,基于组态王软件与可编程序控制器设计了立体仓库自动仓储控制系统及上位监控管理软件。介绍了立体仓库的机械结构,分析了控制系统的总体设计、硬件与软件设计及组态过程。通过自动控制系统与管理软件,实现了立体仓库的智能化管理。The automatic storage control system for tiered warehouse facility and the host monitoring and management software were designed based on the Kingview software and PLC according to the automated product warehousing required by flexible production line. The mechanical structure of the tiered warehouse facility was introduced, and the overall design, hardware and software design and configuration process of the control system were analyzed. Through the automatie control system and management software, the intelligent management of tiered warehouse facility could be achieved.
