摘　　要：分析了两种加工中心自动换刀系统的故障——刀具交换机构故障与选刀机构故障,给出了自动换刀系统故障的诊断思路,介绍了通过系统报警信息诊断并排除故障的方法。The malfunctions of two ATC systems of CNC machining centers were analyzed - malfunction of the tool exchange mechanism and malfunction of tool selecting mechanism. The idea of fault diagnosis for ATC system was given, and the method of diagnosing and troubleshooting by system alarm message was introduced.
