摘　　要：目前通用的对尿素硝酸铵溶液中缩二脲进行测定时,要先消除溶液中氨的干扰因素。在实验中常用的除氨方法有三种:甲醇蒸发除氨法、水浴蒸发除氨法以及通氮气除氨法。经过对尿素硝酸铵溶液中缩二脲测定进行大量的实验与探究,综合比较选出能够准确对尿素硝酸铜中缩二脲进行测定的方案。In the urea nitrate solution for biuret determination, the need to eliminate ammonia interference.At present, the commonly used method of removing ammonia in methanol evaporation in addition to ammonia, water bath in addition to ammonia, nitrogen in addition to three.In this paper, a large number of experimental studies on the determination of biuret in urea ammonium nitrate solution were carried out, and the scheme for the determination ofbiuret in urea nitrate was selected.
