摘 要:目的:探讨姜黄提取物的红外光谱学特性。方法:采用红外光谱法对11批不同产地的姜黄浸出物样品进行检测,采用红外光谱软件Omnic 8.0求出平均图谱,并检测各样品间的相似度。结果:获得各样品的红外光谱图及特征吸收峰;姜黄药材各样品浸出物的IR相似度在0.999 2~0.921 1范围内,因此拟定姜黄药材浸出物的IR相似度阈值为0.90。结论:采用红外光谱法鉴定姜黄具有专属性强、灵敏度高、取样量小、简便迅速等特点,可作为姜黄的质量控制方法。Objective:To explore the characteristics of infrared spectra ofCurcuma longaL.. Methods: Curcuma longa L. extracts samples from 11 different producing areas were studied with infrared spectrometry, and used infrared spectroscopy software Omnic 8. 0 to calculated the average map and their similarity. Results: The infrared spectra of Curcuma longaL, extracts samples were obtained,the similarity of all the samples varied between 0. 921 1-0. 999 2 (the threshold value being 0. 90). Conclusion: These methods are specificity, sensitive, simple,rapid and the sampling volume is small and can be used as the authenticity of identification method for Curcuma longa L. extracts samples.
