摘  要:在严重缺水的河北省,如何合理利用稀缺的水资源已经成为一个热门话题。为合理保护和利用储水坑塘,将丰水期的水资源合理利用到其他需水期,以期减少地下水的开采量及充分利用水资源,基于Landsat系列卫星的TM/ETM+/OLI遥感影像,运用遥感技术中的改进的归一化差异水体指(MNDWI),完成了对河北省地下水压采工程区坑塘水体的提取,从而统计出了坑塘数量、面积并估算了研究区范围内夏季的蓄水量。研究表明:坑塘的分布呈北多南少、东多西少的格局;在气候和人为因素影响下,在2000-2014年的15 a间,河北省地下水压采工程区内坑塘个数和面积总体呈逐年减少的趋势。还分析坑塘作为灌溉水源的保障能力波动情况,2000、2007和2014年坑塘的蓄水量约为5.09、3.76和1.95亿m3。对减少河北省地下水资源的开采和保障研究区农业灌溉有重大意义。In Hebei province with acute shortage of water resource of, how to reasonably use scarce water resources has become a hot topic. In order to reasonably protect and take full advantage of these pit-ponds, store water in wet season to realize using summer water in spring, reduce underground water exploitation and make full use of water resources, pit-ponds water in groundwater restricted exploitation area in Hebei province is extracted by using modified normalized difference water index (MNDWI) of remote sensing technology based on the images of Landsat TM, ETM+ and OLI satellites. Thereby statistical analysis of the number and area of pit-ponds and estimating capacity of pit-ponds water storage in study area is conducted. The study results show that : the distribution of pit-ponds presents a pattern that pit-ponds are more in north than south, and more in east than west; under the influence of climate and human factors, the number and area of pit-ponds water in groundwater restricted exploitation Area in Hebei province were declined year by year during 2000 to 2014. The supply capacity change of pit-ponds as irrigation water source is also discussed in this paper. The results show that the water storage of pit-ponds in 2000, 2007 and 2014 were 5.09×10^8, 3.76×10^8 and 1.95×10^8, respectively. This research has great significance for agriculture irrigation in this area.
