摘 要:目的在临床医护人员中展开沟通情景演练,以提升医生护士临床沟通能力。方法按照医生、护士及患者的在临床工作中出现的实际情况设计标准沟通情景,指导护士进行演练,演练并拍成视频资料,并对演练前后护理服务质量得分、医生与患者满意度进行对比。结果演练后护理服务质量评分均高于演练前,演练后医生与患者护理满意度也高于演练前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通情景演练有助于提升医生护士的临床沟通能力,这种演练方法可以进行推广应用。Objective To conduct communication situational drills among clinical doctors and nurses,and to improve the communication ability of doctors and nurses. Methods According to the actual situation of doctors,nurses and patients in the clinical work,standard communication situation was designed to instruct the nurse to practice. And video data was carried on.The scores of nursing service quality and physician and patient satisfaction before and after the training were compared. Results The scores of nursing service quality after exercise were higher than those before exercise,and the satisfaction degree of doctors and patients after exercise was higher than that before exercise. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The communication situational exercises can help to improve the clinical communication ability of doctors and nurses.This drill method can be popularized and applied.
