深圳市宝安区健康人群高血糖检出情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查深圳市宝安区健康体检人群空腹高血糖检出率及相关影响因素。方法收集体检人群的体检资料,将健康体检资料从全部的体检资料中检出,从中进一步筛检出高血糖者,并按性别将高血糖者分为男、女两组,将男、女两组按年龄段分组。高血糖者的筛检以空腹血糖值≥7.00mmol/L(126mg/d L)为判定标准。结果在69~79岁年龄范围男性检出率高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其它年龄组检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绝经前后女性高血糖的检出率分别为3.05%和9.95%,绝经后检出率明显高于绝经前,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血糖患者的检出率随年龄的增大而增高,绝经后检出率明显高于绝经前,因此需要加强关于高血糖相关的健康教育宣传。Objective To investigate the detection rate and related influencing factors of fasting hyperglycemia of healthy people in Baoan district in Shenzhen. Methods Physical examination data of physical examination people were collected and healthy physical examination data were selected from all physical examination data.Patients with hyperglycemia were further selected and they were divided into the female group and the male group.The female group and the male group were grouped according to age.Fasting hyperglycemia ≥7.00mmol/L（126mg/dL）was set as the standard for screening of patients with hyperglycemia. Results Detection rate of males with age ranging from 69 to 79 years old was higher than that of females with age ranging from 69 to 79 years old（P 〈 0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Difference in detection rates of other age groups had no statistically significance（P 〉0.05）.Detection rate before and after menopause of females were respectively 3.05% and 9.95%.Detection rate after menopause was higher than ＇that before menopause（P 〈 0.05）.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Detection rate of patients with hyperglycemia increases with age and detection rate after menopause was significantly higher than that before menopause.Therefore it is necessary to strengthen health education and propaganda related to hyperglycemia.
