优质护理服务在消毒供应中心的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨和评价优质护理服务在消毒供应中心中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年1月份消毒供应中心的护理人员12名作为研究对象,实施优质护理服务的内容包括做好室内环境护理、优化服务流程、进行优质护理服务培训、保证灭菌用品质量,实施后对医疗器械处理的情况包括洗涤、灭菌、包装是否合格进行评价,设计调查问卷,对其工作满意度进行调查,包括护理人员的态度、衣着、操作技术、环境等方面的调查。采用Beck-Srivaatava压力量表评估消毒中心员工压力情况。结果选择100件医疗器械进行观察,实施后的洗涤合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。12名消毒供应中心人员的工作压力实施护理干预后的调查结果显示:轻度压力9名,中度压力2名,重度压力1名。实施前轻度压力3名,中度压力4名,重度压力5名。12名消毒供应中心人员的工作满意度实施护理干预的调查结果显示:满意9名、一般3名、不满意0。实施前满意3名、一般4名、不满意5名。结论我院消毒供应中心积极配合护理部开展了消毒供应中心的优质护理服务工作,取得了较好的效果,提高了工作满意度,降低了工作压力,提高了器械洗涤、灭菌、包装的合格率,提高了消毒供应中心的工作质量。Objective To explore and evaluate the application effect of quality nursing service in disinfection supply center. Methods 12 nursing staff of disinfection supply center in our hospital from January 2016 to 2017 January were selected as the research object.The implementation of high quality nursing service included good indoor environmental care,optimizing service processes,quality care training,ensuring sterilization products quality.After the implementation of medical treatment included washing, sterilization,packaging qualified evaluation,designing the questionnaire.Investigation of the job satisfaction included the investigation of nurses＇ attitude,clothing,operation technology,environment etc.Beck-Srivaatava stress scale was used to evaluate the stress of employees in disinfection center. Results 100 medical instruments were selected for observation.The rate of qualified washing,the qualified rate of sterilization and the rate of qualified packaging were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.The work stress of the 12 disinfection supply center personnel after the implementation of nursing intervention showed that mild stress was 9,moderate stress was 2,severe stress was 1.Before the implementation of mild stress 3,moderate pressure 4,severe pressure 5,The survey of the job satisfaction and the nursing intervention of 12 disinfection supply centers showed that 9 cases were satisfied,3 cases were generally satisfied,and 0 cases were not satisfied.Before implementation,3 cases were satisfied,4 cases were in general and 5 cases were dissatisfied. Conclusion Disinfection supply center in our hospital actively cooperates with the Department of nursing in the high quality nursing service work of sterilization and supply center, and achieves good results.It improves job satisfaction,reduces the working pressure,improves the equipment of washing,sterilizing and packaging qualification rate,and improves the quality of sterilization and supply center.
