摘　　要：目的分析品管圈活动对降低药房调配差错率的影响。方法对门诊西药房处方采用分层查检和第三方查检模式,分析调配差错(內差)的主因,运用头脑风暴和评价法找出差错要因,再根据查检表数据溯源,找出真因。针对真因拟定对策、实施并标准化活动成果。结果本次圈活动后药房总调配差错率由8.08‰降至4.44‰,活动前后比较具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.97,P<0.05)。结论有效的品管圈活动明显降低药房调配错率,培养和提升药师工作积极性及个人工作能力,进而提高药学服务质量。Objective To analyze the influence of of quality control circle on reducing the rate of pharmacy dispensing errors. Methods On clinic pharmacy prescription by stratified check and third party inspection mode,the main causes of adjustment errors （internal errors） was analyzed,brainstorming and evaluation methods were used to identify errors due.According to the checklist data source,find out root cause.Draw up countermeasures and implement standardized activities according to the real cause. Results After this circle activities,the total dispensing error rate of pharmacies dropped fi＇om 8.08 per thousand to 4.44 per thousand.There was statistical difference between the two groups （X2=3.97,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective quality control circle activities can significantly reduce pharmacy dispensing error rate,foster and promote the enthusiasm and personal work ability Of pharmacists,so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
