摘 要:提出一种新的传动齿轮——弧齿线摆线圆柱齿轮,根据齿轮副啮合原理,分析该齿轮在分度圆处压力角的取值范围,确定该齿轮的基本几何参数,推导出齿轮的齿廓方程。该齿轮齿线为一段圆弧,其端面齿廓由两部分组成,分度圆以外齿廓(齿峰)为标准的圆弧段,分度圆以内部分(齿谷)为与之配对啮合齿峰的共轭曲线,齿峰与齿谷在分度圆处连续。同时对该齿轮的啮合重合度进行了系统的分析,结果表明该齿轮满足啮合特性,具有一定的应用价值。In this paper,a new transmission gear called arc-tooth cycloid cylindrical gear is designed.According to the principles of the gear mesh,the range of pressure angle in dividing circle is analyzed,and the basic geometric parameters of the gear is determined,and the tooth profile equations are deduced,and the meshing characteristics of the gears are analyzed.The tooth profile is divided into two parts,one part outside dividing circle is standard arc,the other part inside dividing circle is cycloid curve,two pieces of tooth profile connect at dividing circle with continuity.At the same time,the coincidence degree of meshing gears is analyzed systematically.The results show that the gear can meet the requirements of meshing characteristics and has certain application value.
