摘 要:通过在ABAQUS环境下对管件的弯曲成型进行有限元分析,研究得出了管件在弯曲成型过程中变形区的应力应变变化以及塑性应力应变的变化特点,以及成型后变形区的拉切应力应变和截面质量的分布规律,结果表明应力集中以及应变主要在弯管的内、外两侧,为后续设计工艺参数和管件弯曲成型的质量评估提供了理论基础和参考依据。Based on the finite element analysis of the marine pipe in the bending process under the ABAQUS environment,the characteristics of the elastic/plastic stress and strain of the pipe in the bending procedure were identified.Moreover,the distribution of the normal and shear stress and strain of the final formed pipe were obtained as well as the quality of the cross-section distortion.The results show that the concentrating stress and strain are mainly located along the inner and outer sidewalls,which can provide the theoretical basis and reference for the following process planning and quality evaluation of the bending forming.
