基于SAP2000的烟囱施工提升平台结构对比分析

摘　　要：烟囱内部布置有多层钢制平台,其自身结构重、尺寸大、附属构件多,烟囱安装属于超高空起吊作业,施工难度较大。为解决烟囱钢制平台的安装问题,设计了烟囱施工提升平台,以便完成钢平台及附属钢结构的安装工作,并用SAP2000软件对不同类型的施工提升平台结构进行有限元计算。通过对比分析,找出了一种安全经济的结构形式,并在实际工程中推广应用。The interior of a chimney has multilayer steel platform,which has large size,heavy weight,and many accessory components.The installationof chimney belongs to super-high altitude lifting operation,so its installation is difficult.To solve the problem in chimney steel platform installation,a chimney construction lifting platform for the installation of the steel platform and the accessory components is designed,and the finite element calculation of different types of lifting platform is carried out by using SAP2000 software.Through comparison and analysis,a safe and economic structure plan is found out,which has been applied to the practical engineering.
