摘  要:以刮板输送机为例,对刮板输送机中部槽的失效形式及失效机理进行了研究分析,并对中部槽进行检测和再制造性评价,最后对刮板输送机中部槽再制造工艺路线及装备进行了介绍。In recent years,with the continuous development of the coal industry,the upgrading of coal equipment is becoming more and more frequent,and the coal equipment replacement also makes the waste coal machine equipment accumulate.In this paper,the scraper conveyor is taken as an example,the failure mechanism and failure mode of middle trough of scraper conveyor are analyzed,and the evaluation of remanufacturing central trough is conducted.Finally,the process route and equipment are introduced for the remanufacturingof middle trough of scraper conveyor.
