摘　　要：不动产测绘是实现我国不动产登记的重要基础。本文详细探讨了武汉市"不动产登记管理信息平台",重点阐述了关键技术路线与方法、创新实用及现势作业流程等,高效地完成了不动产测绘数据的一体化处理和最终成果入库提交,并与已发证的历史资料进行整合,建立现势统一的不动产测量数据库,为武汉市不动产登记的统一管理提供有效的基础地理信息数据支撑及服务保障。Real estate surveying and mapping is the important foundation to realize our country real estate registration. This paper dis- cusses the standard of Wuhan real estate surveying and mapping system construction, the graph - database integrated data processing and storage, key technology route, etc. , Using unified software platform and workflow, completed the real estate industry consolida- tion of measured data and results into the treasury. To realize the integration of real estate measurement data processing and storage, and integrate with the has the certificate of historical data, establish a unified real estate measurement database, and provide basic da- ta support for the unity of the real estate management.
