摘　　要：在分析三维激光扫描技术和现有房产测量方式的基础上,结合宁波市梅山岛某曲面异型建筑房产测量的实际情况,提出三维激光扫描技术在房产测量中的解决方案。通过该工程项目的具体应用,展现了三维激光扫描技术在异型房产测量中的良好应用前景。On the basis of analysis 3D terrestrial laser scanner and the existing measurement of estate surveying , combined with the actual project of estate surveying of a curved shaped building in Meishan Island （Ningbo） , proposed a solution oh 3D laser scanning technology used in estate surveying. Through specific application of the project, showing good prospects of applications of 3D terrestri- al laser scanner used in curved shaped estate surveying.
