摘 要:采用BAYGARD.FD8三防整理剂和Repellent Sms整理剂分别对20/80涤/棉混纺织物进行拒水、拒油功能整理试验。首先研究了不同整理剂质量浓度、交联剂质量浓度、焙烘条件等因素对拒水拒油效果的影响。其次,在单因素试验基础上,设计了正交试验,并测定整理后织物的拒水等级、拒油等级、强力变化等指标。结果表明:对比两种整理剂处理效果,Repellent Sms整理剂效果较好。用Repellent Sms处理涤棉混纺织物的最佳工艺为:质量浓度60 g/L、交联剂质量浓度5 g/L、预烘温度80℃、预烘时间180 s、焙烘温度150℃、焙烘时间150 s。The proof finishing agent BAYGARD. FD8 and Repellent Sms are applied to polyester/cotton (20/80) blended fabric respectively. The influences of curing conditions, concentrations of finishing agent and crosslinking agent on the water and oil repellent effect are studied. Orthogonal experiments are designed based on the single factor experiments, and the indicators such as water resistance, oil resistance and the strength of the fabric are measured. The results show that the effect of finishing agent Repellent Sins is better. The optimum process of polyester/cotton blended fabric with Repellent Sms is Repellent Sins 60 g/L, crosslinking agent 5 g/L, pre-drying at 80℃ for 180 s and curing at 150℃ for 150 s.
