基于CNKI数据库的中医治疗肿瘤文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析国内发表的的中医治疗肿瘤的文献报道以及发展趋势。方法:以中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库为资料来源,从发表年度、作者单位、文献来源、基金分布等几个方面对1958—2015年国内正式发表的1744篇中医治疗肿瘤文献进行计量学分析。结果:除个别年份外,文献数量总体呈上升趋势,且自2009年以后迅速增长,覆盖多个学科领域和研究方向,已形成核心研究区域及核心研究机构,北京、广州,南京等地区对其研究处于领先地位。但文献研究方向局限,且引用率偏低,获得基金资助的文章相对较少。结论:中医治疗肿瘤的研究日益受到社会的重视,发展迅速,但研究方向集中在理论研究,应加强基础研究和临床研究力度,此外,在提高发文数量的同时,应注重文献质量的提升。Objective：To analyze the literature about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumor published in China and the development tendency.Methods：The papers relevant to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumor published in journals were included in CNKI database.The 1651 articles published from 1958 to October 19,2015 were statistically analyzed from the aspects of publishing year,research institutions,research funds and document source with bibliometrics method.Results：In addition to the individual years,the number of literature in general is on the rise,with rapid growth since 2009.Papers covers many disciplines and research direction.The core research area and the core research institutions have been formed.Beijing,Guangzhou,Nanjing and other areas of its research is in the lead.But there is limitation on the research direction.Moreover,the reference rate of paper is low,and relatively few paper get funds.Conclusion：The study of TCM therapy for cancer increasingly brought to the attention of the society,and the development is rapid.However,the research direction is focused on the theoretical research,we should strengthen the efforts in basic research and clinical research in the future.In addition,with the increased number of the literature,the quality of literature should be paid more attention to at the same time.
