益气温阳法治疗变应性鼻炎的理论探讨

摘　　要：变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病,其中医病机多为肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚。文章从变应性鼻炎的中医病机、治法等角度进行探讨,阐明益气温阳法治疗变应性鼻炎的理论依据,阐述将中医学"治未病"和"治病求本"理论应用于治疗变应性鼻炎的研究思路。Allergic rhinitis is a clinical common disease of otorhinolaryngology.The pathogenesis of the disease is the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney.In the paper,the disease was discussed based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of pathogenesis,therapy,etc.It illuminated the theoretical foundation of tonifying Qi and warming Yang treating allergic rhinitis and elaborated the research strategies of applying preventive treatment and searching for the primary cause of disease to treating allergic rhinitis.
