化痰通脉饮联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰通脉饮联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:随机将48例肥胖型PCOS患者分为两组各24例,治疗组予化痰通脉饮+二甲双胍治疗,对照组予二甲双胍治疗,两组患者均指导其调整生活方式,疗程3个月,观察月经周期、性激素、胰岛素抵抗、体重指数变化情况。结果:(1)月经周期:两组治疗后均缩短,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)性激素:两组T、LH、LH/FSH治疗后较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后FSH无差异(P>0.05);(3)胰岛素抵抗:两组治疗后均能降低FPG、FINS水平(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)体重指数(BMI):两组治疗后BMI水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通脉饮联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型PCOS较单纯二甲双胍治疗临床疗效更佳,能明显改善患者的月经周期、性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗及体重指数,中西医结合治疗比单纯西药治疗更具优势。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with metformin in treating obesity polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：Forty-eight patients with obesity PCOS were randomly divided into two groups（n=24）.The participants in treatment group were given Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with metformin and the ones in control group were given metformin.Two groups＇ patients got guidance to adjust their lifestyle,treated for three months.Observe the changes of menstrual cycle,sex hormones,insulin resistance and body mass index（BMI）.Results：1.Menstrual cycle：the two groups＇ were shortened after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.2.Sex hormones：T,LH and LH/FSH of the two groups were lower after treatment（P〈0.05） and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.FSH of the two groups had no statistical difference before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.3.Insulin resistance：FPG and FINS of the two groups were lower after treatment（P〈0.05） and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.4.Body mass index（BMI） ：BMI values of the two groups were lower after treatment（P〈0.05） and the decrease of the treatment group was more significant than the control group＇s（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Huatan Tongmai Decoction combined with metformin is better than that of only taking metformin in treating obesity PCOS.It can obviously improve the patients＇ menstrual cycle,sex hormones,insulin resistance and body mass index.The combination of Chinese and western medicine has more advantage than only western medicine treatment.
