盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对糖尿病足患者采取盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗的临床效果进行分析探究。方法:选取2012年1月—2016年1月本院收治的糖尿病足患者86例,按照随机分配原则,平分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液进行治疗,观察组采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的神经传导速度及临床治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,对照组的治疗总有效率为79.07%,观察组的治疗总有效率为90.70%,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时在运动神经传导速度(MCV)评分及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)评分上,观察组均高于对照组,血流速度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病足采取盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔进行治疗的临床效果显著,可有效提高患者的神经传导速度,值得推广应用。Objective：To analyze and explore the clinical effect of treatment on diabetic foot taken the ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in patients with prostaglandin E1.Methods：Choose 86 cases of diabetic foot patients of our hospital between January2012 and January 2016.In accordance with the principle of random distribution,split into control group and observation group,43 cases in each.Control group used ligustrazine hydrochloride injection treatment and the observation group used ligustrazine hydrochloride injection with prostaglandin E1 treatment.Compare after treatment two groups patients＇ nerve conduction velocity and the clinical therapeutic effect.Results：After treatment,the control group＇s total effective rate was 79.07% and the observation group＇s total effective rate was 90.70%.The observation group was better than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant.At the same time,the motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV） score and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SCV）score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The blood flow velocity was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical effect of diabetic foot taken the ligustrazine hydrochloride injection with prostaglandin E1 is remarkable,which can effectively improve the patient＇s nerve conduction velocity,worthy of popularization and application.
