摘 要:目的:通过观察ITP模型小鼠白细胞介素-3(IL-3)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-11(IL-11)和转化生长因子(TGF-β1)在骨髓细胞中检测的含量变化,探讨这些因子含量变化与免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病之间存在的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫方法(ELISA法)检测ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞中IL-3、IL-6、IL-11、TGF-β1含量变化。结果:与正常组比较,ITP模型小鼠骨髓细胞中IL-3、IL-6、IL-11、TGF-β1含量升高且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:巨核细胞调控作用因子IL-3、IL-6、IL-11和TGF-β1参与了ITP的疾病周期,在其全程中呈现重要作用。紫癜康颗粒通过改变骨髓中IL-3、IL-6、IL-11、TGF-β1的含量,实现治疗本病的作用,为临床用药提供新途径。Objective:To discuss the internal relations between the changes of interleukin-3(IL-3),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-11(IL-11) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) contents and the pathogenesis of immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) through observing the changes of IL-3,IL-6,IL-11 and TGF-β1 contents in bone marrow cells of ITP model mice.Methods:Detect the changes of IL-3,IL-6,IL-11 and TGF-β1 contents in bone marrow cells of ITP model mice by enzyme linked immunosorbent assays method.Results:The IL-3,IL-6 and IL-11 contents in bone marrow cells of model group increased significantly.The results had statistically significant(P〈0.05).The content of TGF-β1 decreased significantly.The result also had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:IL-3,IL-6,IL-11 and TGF-β1 are involved in the ITP cycle and play an important role in the whole process.By changing the contents of IL-3,IL-6,IL-11 and TGF-β1in the bone marrow,we can provide a new way to treat the disease.
