摘 要:将杜仲胶(EUG)与丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混,研究了共混胶的硫化特性、结晶行为、力学性能以及不同环境下的老化性能。结果表明,当EUG用量为10份(质量,下同)时,EUG/NBR混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间以及硫化胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均达到最大值。添加一定量的EUG对NBR硫化胶的耐盐雾和耐紫外线性能均能起到一定程度的改善作用,而共混硫化胶的硬度和耐油性能均在EUG用量为20份时体现最佳值。差示扫描量热分析表明,上述现象产生的原因在于共混硫化胶中存在的微晶及EUG与NBR的相容性所致。The eucommia umoides gum (EUG)/ nitrile rubber (NBR) blends were prepared by blending, and the curing characteristics, crystallization behavior, mechanical properties, as well as aging resistance of blending under different environ- ments were investigated. The results showed that both scorch time and optimum cure time of the compound, also tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates were reached the maximum value when the amount of EUG was 10 phr. Adding a certain amount of EUG played a part in improving salt spray resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance of NBR vulcanizates. Both hardness and oil resistance of the blends exhibited optimum value when EUG was 20 phr. This phenomenon could be interpret by differential scanning calorimetry that there was mi- crocrystalline in the vulcanizates and the compatibility of EUG and NBR.
