摘　　要：目的:探讨米诺环素导致急性嗜酸性粒细胞性肺炎(acute eosinophilic pneumonia,AEP)的分布特点、临床特征以及关联性,为临床用药安全提供依据。方法:对1例应用米诺环素导致AEP的病例进行报道,并在全球范围内就其发生情况进行文献汇总及数据分析。结果:23例米诺环素导致AEP的患者,在停药并对症治疗后,症状好转。11例患者采用糖皮质激素治疗;1例患者机械通气12 h;1例插管5 d;无死亡病例报道。尽管激素对AEP治疗的有效性未完全确定,但在患者出现致命性低氧血症和进行性呼吸衰竭时仍推荐尽早使用激素。结论:米诺环素引起AEP虽少见,但后果严重,因此,治疗前和治疗期间应注意监测患者的全血细胞计数,关注患者症状和体征,加强监测和研究,确保临床用药安全、合理。Objective： To investigate the features of acute eosinophilic pneumonia related to minocycline.Methods： Analysis was done upon a case of acute eosinophilic pneumonia developed after administration of minocycline for treatment of brucellosis. Results： There were 23 case reports of minocycline-induced AEP. In most cases,outcomes were favorable and symptoms rapidly resolved upon discontinuation of minocycline,with 11 cases employing steroids,one case twelve hours of CPAP and another 5 days of intubation. None resulted in mortality.Although it is difficult to evaluate without further studies,steroids should be recommended for minocycline-induced AEP,especially for those with severe or persistent symptoms. Conclusion： Although minocycline induced acute eosinophil eosinophilic pneumonia is rare,consequence was always serious. Therefore,more attention should be paid during the treatment,such as monitoring the whole blood cell count,concerning the symptoms and physical signs of patients to ensure the safety of medications.
