摘 要:以商用车AMT起步控制策略为研究对象,基于离合器转矩传递过程,提出一种新策略以控制冲击度和平稳起步,并进行对比分析。利用试验拟合出从动盘总成轴向刚度特性曲线方程,在此基础上建立以离合器分离行程精确控制输出转矩的计算模型,并研究离合器耐久性试验后转矩控制的修正方法,形成了全寿命周期的离合器恒转矩起步控制策略。台架模拟试验结果表明,该策略能够满足整车自动起步要求。With starting control strategy of commercial vehicle AMT as research object, a new strategy based on the torque transfer process of clutch was proposed in order to control the degree of impact and start smoothly, comparative analysis was also carried out. With the fitting equation of stiffness characteristics of the driven clutch plate was obtained by test, a model for precisely calculating output torque by controlling clutch release stroke was established, and the correction method of output torque controlling after the durability test of the clutch was studied, then a constant torque starting control strategy of the full clutch life cycle was formed. Bench test results indicated that the strategy can meet the requirements of vehicle automatic start.
