摘　　要：采矿设备租赁在煤炭企业中正日益兴起,租金的大小取决于设备新度系数的高低,为了使采矿设备承租者租金负担公平,有必要合理地计算设备的新度系数。介绍了目前设备新度系数的常用计算方法并分析了存在的问题,采用实际分析、理论推导和检验测算的方法研究了大修费用对设备新度系数的影响,提出了设备功能完好度的概念及计算方法,并揭示大修费用的作用机制,测算结果表明:大修费用完全补偿时的设备功能完好度在各次大修后的数值离散程度不大,比较符合预测值,从而确定设备新度系数新计算方法是更加合理、可靠的。Leasing of mining equipment is popular in coal enterprises increasingly. Rental is determined by the newness coef fieient. In order to make tenant for mining equipment afford rental fairly, it is necessary to calculate the newness coefficient of e- quipment appropriately. The present, frequently-used method of calculation of the newness coefficient were introduced systemati- cally and existing problems of those methods were analyzed. The methods of practical analysis, theoretical derivation and test cal culation were conducted to study the effect of cost for overhaul cause on the newness coefficient. The concept and method of calcu- lation of the intactness degree of equipment function was proposed, and the mechanism of cost for overhaul was revealed in the pa per. The measurement results demonstrated that the dispersion extent of values of the intactness degree of equipment function af- ter overhaul was small, which were in aceordance with estimated value. Therefore, this new method of calculation of the newness coefficient was more reasonable and reliable.
