摘　　要：导管消融术已逐渐成为儿童快速性心律失常的有效治疗手段。随着标测消融技术的创新，儿童快速性心律失常导管消融有了新发展。现就＂绿色电生理＂、复杂心律失常的消融和冷冻消融3个方面进行阐述。With a high success and low recurrence, catheter ablation has become the standard of cure in children with tachycardia.With the innovation of mapping ablation techniques, catheter ablation for children with tachycardia has been developed.In this review, ＂ green cardiac electrophysiology＂ , complex arrhythmias ablation with electroanatomic mapping systems and cryoablation in children will be discussed.
