Study on Research Funding Agencies in the Process of Scientific Data Opening

摘　　要：在科学数据开放获取的生态系统中,科研资助机构是关键利益相关者。本研究利用SHERPA网站,从多角度分析科研资助机构,包括数据的存储时间、存储地点、政策的主要内容等。在分析18个国家与地区30个资助机构数据政策的基础上,梳理出在开放共享科学数据中,科研资助机构数据政策的主要内容,为进一步推动科学数据开放共享提出相关建议,包括明确职责、重视规划、提高认识等内容。Research funding agencies are key stakeholders in the process of opening access to scientific data. Using SHERPA website, this paper analyses these agencies from the perspectives of archiving time schedule, archiving location, and the main contents of policies. Based on the analysis of 30 funding agencies＇ policies from 18 countries and regions, the study maps out the structure of their data policies, and provides some recommendations for future improvement, including clearly-designated responsibilities, emphasis on planning, and promoting awareness.
