体育锻炼对医学院校大学生自信心的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生体育锻炼情况,并分析体育锻炼对其自信心的影响。方法:采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取某医学院校临床医学及护理学等7个专业的1 008名学生为研究对象。使用自编《医学生体育运动现况调查表》和《大学生自信心问卷》以团体施测的方式进行自填式问卷调查。结果:医学生自信心平均得分为(240.02±35.55)分。在体育锻炼中,小运动量学生占多数,为74.5%;中等运动量和大运动量学生在自信心总分及各维度得分均高于小运动量学生(P<0.01)。医学生自信心影响因素的多元线性回归结果显示:男性、低年级、母亲文化程度高和运动量高的医学生自信心均较高(P<0.05~P<0.01)。医学影像专业学生的自信心高于预防医学专业学生。结论:中等运动量和大运动量的医学生自信心水平高于小运动量的医学生;男性、低年级、母亲文化程度高和运动量高的医学生自信心较高。Objective：To investigate the physical exercise of medical college students,and analyze the effects of physical exercise on the self-confidence of students.Methods：One thousand and eight from the ＂Department of Clinical Medicine and Nursing＂ of a medical college were selected using stratified cluster sampling.The students were investigated using self-programming ＂Physical Exercise Questionnaire＂ and ＂College Student Self-confidence Questionnaire＂ in group way.Results：The average score of self-confidence of medical students was（240.02＆#177;35.55） points.In physical exercise,a small amount of exercise was taken by a majority of students（74.5%）.The total score of self-confidence and each dimension score in the students taking moderate and large intensity exercise were higher than those in the students taking small intensity exercise（P〈0.01）.Multiple linear regression results showed that the self-confidence in male,lower grade,and high maternal educational level and large intensity exercise students were higher（P〈0.05 to P〈0.01）.The self-confidence in ＂Medical Imaging Department＂ was higher than that in ＂Preventive Medicine Department＂（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The self-confidence levels in the students taking moderate and large intensity exercise are higher than that in the students taking small intensity exercise.The self-confidence levels in male,lower grade,high maternal educational level and large intensity exercise medical students are more high.
