骨愈复原汤辅助治疗老年Colles骨折的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨愈复原汤联合手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗老年Colles骨折临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例老年Colles骨折患者随机分为2组,30例患者采用手法整复后小夹板外固定治疗(对照组),30例在此基础上加以骨愈复原汤治疗(研究组)。将两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率进行比较。结果研究组总有效率(93.33%)显著优于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(10.00%)显著少于对照组(26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论骨愈复原汤联合手法整复后小夹板外固定在老年Colles骨折治疗中可显著提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bone healing decoction with manipulative reduction and external fixation with small splint for the treatment of senile Colles fracture. Methods 60 patients with Colles fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients underwent a small splint external fixation（control group）, 30 patients on the basis of this to be treated with bone healing decoction（study group）.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group（93.33%） was significantly better than that of the control group（76.67%）（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group（10.00%） was significantly less than that in the control group（26.67%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bone healing decoction with manipulative reduction and external fixation with small splint in the treatment of senile Colles fracture can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
