摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在提升血透室护理质量和护理满意度的效果。方法选择我院血液透析室中的128例血液透析患者作为观察对象,按不同护理方案分组,观察组64例采用优质护理,对照组64例采用常规护理,比较两组患者护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理质量优良率明显高于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康教育知晓度得分高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室中实施优质护理,能够显著提高护理质量及满意度,可在各医院血液透析室中广泛推广。Objective To study the quality of nursing in raising the effect of hemodialysis room nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Methods 128 hemodialysis patients of blood dialysis room in our hospital were selected as research object, according to different nursing plan, they were grouped, observation group of 64 cases was given high quality nursing, the control group, 64 cases with normal care, the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, differences exist between statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;Nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, differences exist statistical significance between two groups（P 〈 0.05）; The health education awareness score of observation group was higher than the control group, the difference with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing in blood dialysis room, can significantly improve the quality of care and satisfaction, can be widelyapplied in each hospital hemodialysis room.
