摘　　要：目的就手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全性的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2016年10月—2017年1月的114例手术患者为本次研究的对象,随机将其分为甲乙两组,每组患者例数均为57例。甲组患者行常规护理,乙组患者在甲组患者的基础之上行细节护理。对比两组患者护理满意度与手术室护理质量评分情况。结果乙组患者护理满意度(96.49%)明显高于甲组患者(70.18%),且P<0.05;乙组患者的手术室护理质量各项指标评分均明显高于甲组患者评分,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全性综合的运用有助于改善手术室患者护理满意度,具有临床推广的价值。Objective To discuss the effect of detail nursing in operation room to ensure the safety of nursing in operation room. Methods 114 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 57 patients in each group. The group of patients with routine nursing, group B patients in the group of patients with the details of the uplink based nursing. The nursing satisfaction and operation room nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. ResultsGroup B patients nursing satisfaction（96.49%） was significantly higher than that in group A（70.18% patients）（P〈 0.05）; The index of nursing quality of operation room score in group B patients were significantly higher than those in the group of patients（P〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The detail nursing in operation room has good effect in ensuring the safety of nursing in operation room and improving the nursing satisfaction of patients in operation room. It has the value of clinical promotion.
